24 Mar A Ship blocked Suez Canal

The Suez Canal is blocked by Ever Given, a 20,000 TEU container ship. It was buffeted by strong winds in the morning and ended up wedged across the waterway with its bow and stern stuck in the canal banks, blocking all traffic. Delay of vessels in Europe is expected in the coming weeks.
